A page for every service. A page for every town.

Perfect Pitch Plumbing is a drain and sewer shop in Cortland, Ohio. Here's what we built for them and why the site is put together the way it is.

The situation

One plumber, one truck, drain and sewer work in and around Cortland, Ohio. Plenty of skill, plenty of repeat customers, and no website that ranked for anything.

When somebody in the next town over searched for a drain guy, nothing pointed back to him. Work came from word of mouth and whatever the phone happened to bring in.

What we built

  • A page for every service he sells, not a bullet list on the homepage.
  • A page for every town he covers.
  • An interactive drain diagnostic that walks a homeowner to the right service.
  • Click-to-call on every screen, sized for a thumb.
  • Live Google reviews pulled straight from his Business Profile.
  • LocalBusiness schema so search engines read the business details correctly.
  • An XML sitemap so every service and city page gets found and crawled.

Why the architecture works

People don't search for "plumbing services." They search for the exact job and the exact town — "hydro jetting Warren OH," "sewer camera inspection near me."

One page per service and one page per town matches how people actually search. Each page can answer one question all the way down instead of half-answering a dozen.

Service pages and city pages also reinforce each other: the Cortland, OH city page links out to the services he runs there, and each service page points back to the towns he covers.

What to look at

Start with the hydro jetting service page — that's the shape every high-ticket service page should take. Then look at the sewer camera inspection page for how a diagnostic service gets explained to somebody who has never heard of it.

On the city side, compare the Warren, OH city page with the home-base Cortland page. Same structure, different town, genuinely different content.
