Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 8, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing drainrank.com or purchasing services from DrainRank, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

2. Services Provided

DrainRank provides marketing services for drain cleaning and sewer businesses, including but not limited to: Google Business Profile optimization, website SEO, lead generation, and paid advertising management. Specific services are outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Payment Terms

  • Services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing period
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after 7 days
  • No long-term contracts are required unless specifically agreed upon

4. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing results vary depending on market, competition, and many other factors outside our control. DrainRank does not guarantee specific results such as a set number of calls, leads, or revenue. We commit to applying best practices and professional effort on your behalf.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Respond to our communications in a timely manner
  • Grant necessary access to platforms (Google, website, etc.) as needed
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and content created by DrainRank remain the intellectual property of DrainRank until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, deliverables become the property of the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrainRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the most recent 30-day billing period.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
